CL2W X-Series

CL2W X-Series is equipped with a CNC control cabinet integrated on board. As a result, ground footprint is zeroed and the maximum plant cleaning is guaranteed, due to the total absence of wiring on the pavement. For increased requirements in terms of accessibility and maintenance, the electrical panel on the ground is available on request, in lieu of the CNC control cabinet integrated on board.

Featured by the extraction axis cantileverally fixed on the side opposite the hopper. The strength of this architecture is the absence of collision problems between the robot and the hopper.

In order to meet different requirements in terms of payload, stroke and dimensions, the CL2W X-Series is available with two different types of vertical axes. Type A: direct single stroke axis, simple and functional. Type H: Telescopic double stroke axis with pneumatic balancing cylinder. With its maximum strokes for minimum vertical dimensions, it is the ideal solution for installations with ceiling height restrictions.
