2020 is a revolutionary year for Campetella, full of innovations, not least the establishment of a new department entirely devoted to testing activities and intended to distinguishing itself from the assembly area in order to focus on inspection procedures, improve their planning and increase their efficiency.
The decision to create a quality control department originates from the need to shift our focus to the delivery target, exclusively committing spaces and resources to a scrupulous quality check of the products and a quick and skillful resolution of any potential issue.
The structure of the department, which has recently developed new forms of testing, mirrors the production model, lately adjusted in order to devote entire working stations to the construction of IML equipment only.
Campetella Robotic Center boasts a highly specialized and very well structured testing department, where skilled and trained operators deal both with products coming out of the line and from the assembly stations of the IML Pallet Axes and IML Label Feeders and with IML and DTO systems final testing, while the department manager supervises the planning accuracy and possible adjustment.
A dynamic department which, sharing the continuous improvement model embraced by the company, undergoes endless improvements and sets new goals every day, including the creation of a testing system for IML tooling, the application of laser scanning to ensure greater safety within the area and the integration of a testing activities scheduling system to improve medium-long term planning.
