The introduction of a new CRM software is aimed at maintaining a centralized database across our sales organizations and managing all communications and interactions with our clients, while making the quotation process faster and more efficient.
We also invested in new CAD and PLM software to improve data sharing across multiple teams and effectively manage product platforms and variants.
But there’s more! We are striving to achieve a full digitalization of customer experience and real time assistance through augmented reality tools.
