From 17 to 21 October at Booth A7-7208, Hall 7, Campetella Robotic Center will be one of the main automation exhibitors at the world's leading trade event for industrial plastics processing.
Fakuma 2023 will be the launching pad for Campetella to present a brand-new product.
The new Modula GS, whose main features are high-speed and compactness, is the star of a fully automation system performing high-speed take-out and final stacking of flowerpots. Working hand in hand with a 6-cavities mold by Glaroform and a Demag IMM, it makes up a complete automation solution for downstream processes.
Solid floor stands, ultra-light moving parts and powerful servomotors outline the construction philosophy of its mechanics, designed for maximum productivity and low footprint on floor. Ideal for IMMs up to 300 tons and multi-cavity single face molds, it boasts a minimum dry cycle of 1.6 seconds and an interlock time lower than 0.4 seconds.

At Booth B1-1105, Hall B1, our partner Sumitomo Demag will host or Modula X-Series, matching a Demag IMM and Bazigos mold.
This ultra-performing product is a highlight among the Campetella side-entry robots. Designed for maximum productivity, it can reduce cycle times in the most extreme applications. Its sturdy steel structure, made of light alloys and carbon fiber, identify the DNA of mechanics conceived for maximum strain, standing matchless speed and accelerations. That is why our Modula X-Series is particularly indicated for the highest performances in both single and multi-cavity molds and medium-high-tonnage IMMs up to 1000 tons.
In Matsui, Stand A7-7207, Hall A7, the top-entry CX1-2A will be exhibited.
Finally, in BMB you will have a look at the fast and flexible side-entry robot X-Series SM2, the perfect fit for fast work cycles, in medium-tonnage IMMs.
