CNC control cabinet integrated on board
RHEA PRIME Series is equipped with a CNC control cabinet integrated on board. As a result, ground footprint is zeroed and the maximum plant cleaning is guaranteed, due to the total absence of wiring on the pavement.
The mechanical structure of RHEA PRIME Series
The vertical axis group is frontally fixed on the extraction axis. This results in reduced overhangs, high mechanical balance and total absence of collision problems between the article and the extraction axis.
Unique vertical axis – A type
The RHEA PRIME is available with the simple and functional A type direct single stroke vertical axis only. High precision and reliability are guaranteed by the sliding system with sliding blocks and roll-by-balls on a hardened steel prismatic guide.
Pneumatic C-axis wrist
The robot is equipped with a pneumatic C-axis wrist that allow the flat positioning of the picked-up parts in the mold, making it possible to choose between two programmed positions (vertical / horizontal).
