The CO1-CO2 E-Series Cartesian industrial robots are recommended for the automation of small and medium tonnage injection molding machines.

Equipped with the most advanced Campetella EVO control unit

CNC control cabinet integrated on board

CO1-CO2 E-Series are equipped with a CNC control cabinet integrated on board. As a result, ground footprint is zeroed and the maximum plant cleaning is guaranteed, due to the total absence of wiring on the pavement.

The mechanical structure of CO1-CO2 E-Series

Featured by the extraction axis cantileverally fixed on the side opposite the hopper. The strength of this architecture is the absence of collision problems between the robot and the hopper.

Configurable vertical axis

In order to meet different requirements in terms of stroke and dimensions, the CL2 E-Series robot is available with 2 different types of vertical axis. Type A: direct single stroke axis, simple and functional. Type L: telescopic double stroke axis, maximum stroke for minimum vertical dimensions is the ideal solution for installations with ceiling height restrictions.

Configurable wrist: up to 4 servo-driven digital axes

The robot is equipped as standard with a pneumatic C-axis wrist that allow the flat positioning of the picked-up parts in the mold, making it possible to choose between two programmed positions (vertical / horizontal). For more complex handling requirements, different wrists with additional axes pneumatic or electric drive are available. In the most advanced configuration the wrist is featured by a servo-driven digital axis, allowing the manipulator the maximum control with its 4 electrical axes.
