From October 8 to 15, 2025, at K-Show Düsseldorf, the Italian company will showcase the outcome of its latest strategic initiatives.

Campetella Medical

Launched in June 2025 and led by a team of experts, the new business unit aims to deliver modular and configurable solutions that meet the high standards of the medical sector.
On display: a dedicated application for the production of 5 ml single-dose strips for pharmaceutical packaging. The system has been designed for ease of use, production and quality data traceability, fast configurability, and reduced implementation and qualification times.
Based on the proven tandem of Concept and Spin robots (side-entry and SCARA, both fully programmable), the solution is engineered in a medical execution suitable for ISO7 cleanrooms.
Another highlight: a brand-new 3D navigable HMI, presented for the first time, creating an increasingly digitalized relationship between operator, machine, and manufacturer. The system also integrates a vision system developed by Egicon, a specialist in quality control for the medical sector. 

Campetella Deutschland GmbH

Since September 1, 2025, Campetella’s German subsidiary has been fully operational in Meinerzhagen. Led by Branch Manager Maurizio Conte and supported by the proven expertise of Peter Nellen (Global Key Account) and Tony Knoche (Service Manager), the subsidiary provides direct presence and dedicated technical-commercial support to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Modula Food Pack

A new concept delivering maximum flexibility, compactness, and performance for food packaging production up to 8 cavities.
With just 5.5 meters in length, the system achieves cycle times as fast as 4 seconds, with 100% quality inspection, single-part rejection, and fully automated boxing. It can operate for over 6 hours without any material refills or operator intervention. 
An IML robot that embodies more than 20 years of Campetella’s expertise in food packaging, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Automatic Winders: The Comeback

With over 40 years of experience and following five years of research and development that led to the filing of 10 patents, Campetella officially launches at K2025 its new complete range of machines for flexible pipe packaging. 
These are scalable solutions, with coil diameters ranging from 300 to 2000 mm and different packaging modes (elastic thread, stretch film, paper and plastic strap). The machines are designed to allow quick manual or automatic format setup, ensuring maximum configurability.
An additional value comes from the integration with robotic palletizing and handling, offering turnkey solutions from packaging to end-of-line logistics.
Local support will be ensured by Campetella’s global network, providing direct assistance worldwide.

New HMI Platform with Integrated Artificial Intelligence

Campetella will also unveil its brand-new HMI platform, set to become the standard across all future applications. Powered by AI algorithms, the interface ensures simplicity, speed, and customization, offering predictive assistance, real-time parameter optimization, and advanced process data analytics.
A true digital control room to make Campetella solutions smarter, more flexible, and safer.

Containers for Nicotine Pouches

Campetella’s configurable solutions are fully aligned with the diverse production requirements of nicotine pouch containers. From high-speed part removal directly from the mold to assembly, boxing, and palletizing, Campetella offers a complete range of scalable solutions, perfectly adaptable even to limited production spaces.
At the Campetella booth (Hall 12, C23), a demo cell featuring the GS2 carbon Cartesian robot and the Spin2 SCARA robot will showcase high-speed component handling and the honeycomb boxing configuration typical of this sector. 

Post-Molding Pad Printing Decoration

For the decoration of promotional or technical articles, Campetella provides complete systems integrating various technologies such as pad printing, digital printing, and laser decoration.
At the Toyo Europe booth (Hall 13, B11), a product extraction system based on the CX robot will serve a multicolor pad printing machine to decorate a promotional item. Compact and flexible, this system demonstrates how a structured partner with modular and configurable solutions can bring value even to simpler applications.
